    Mold Making

    Our company has a mold workshop dedicated to the design, manufacture and maintenance of casting molds. The establishment of the mold workshop not only improves the production efficiency and quality of castings, but also enhances the company's independent R&D capabilities and market competitiveness.

    Melting and Pouring

    The raw materials are heated to a sufficient temperature to turn them into molten metal, and the composition, impurity content, oxides, etc. of the metal are controlled during the smelting process.

    Cleaning and Polishing

    Remove burrs, sand holes, casting defects and other unnecessary surface impurities of castings to make the surface of castings reach the required size, shape and quality.
