New employee orientation training

In this midsummer full of vitality and vigor, Useen Group welcomed more than 70 college students with dreams in July, including more than 40 postgraduates. They came from all over the country, full of enthusiasm and infinite vision for the future, gathered in Shandong Useen Group, took the first step in their careers, and jointly opened a new chapter of their own.

In order to help these newly employed college students adapt to the work environment and corporate culture more quickly, and enhance their sense of identity and belonging to the company, Useen Group organized a four-day induction training activity under the careful planning of the Human Resources Department. The entire training is rich in content and diverse in form, aiming to enable new employees to fully understand the company in a short period of time, become familiar with the work requirements, and successfully complete the role transition from "campus people" to "Useen people".

On the first day of training, all new college students first participated in the training of corporate culture, company system and safety knowledge. Through detailed introduction and interactive sessions, employees learned about the history, development vision, core values of Useen Group, and the company's strict requirements for safe production. The subsequent military training and expansion training enriched the training content and enhanced the team spirit and physical fitness. After the four-day induction training was successfully completed, the group held a graduation ceremony for each new employee, issued them a certificate of completion and took a group photo.
