China International Special Steel Industry Exhibition
From November 5 to 8, 2024, the China International Special Steel Industry Exhibition, hosted by the China Special Steel Enterprises Association, was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center. This exhibition is a grand event for the special steel industry, bringing together top special steel manufacturers, suppliers, technology research and development institutions and industry experts at home and abroad. It covers the entire upstream and downstream industrial chain of special steel, and showcases the world's leading technological achievements, innovative products, high-end equipment and excellent management experience. At the same time, it deeply discusses the direction of industry development, and effectively promotes the special steel industry to stride forward on the road of continuous innovation and development.
Useen Casting's long-life ingot mold is a masterpiece. It uses high-purity blast furnace iron water, and after refining, purification and purification, the phosphorus and titanium content is controlled below double zero, and other trace elements are also controlled below 0.06%. At the same time, Useen Casting has in-depth cooperation with Nippon Chuzo K.K., introducing Japan's advanced casting process technology and special material formula, which has increased the comprehensive use of the ingot mold by more than 50% compared with domestic products of the same specification. It also has the characteristics of high dimensional accuracy, with a tolerance grade of CT10, a smooth inner cavity like a mirror, and uniform roughness, which provides great convenience for demolding of the ingot. In addition, the company has set up a special ingot mold design institute, which brings together a group of professional ingot mold designers, can carry out customized production, simulate and optimize the ingot mold design according to user requirements, and increase the customer's ingot yield rate by more than 5%.
In addition, the exhibition also exhibited the super flat mold produced for ATI (American Metallurgical Technology) in the United States, which weighs 30 tons, has an aspect ratio of 21, and an inner cavity flatness of ±1mm/m. As a featured product of Useen Casting's steel ingot mold series, the super flat mold has the characteristics of heavy weight, high aspect ratio, and strict dimensional accuracy, which greatly increases the difficulty of the production process. After repeated attempts, Useen Casting finally successfully produced the super flat ingot mold that meets the stringent requirements of foreign customers, making it one of the main products of Useen Casting's steel ingot mold series.
