Our machining department is equipped with over 50 sets of advanced machining equipment, ensuring that we can handle a wide variety of precision manufacturing tasks with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. Among these, we have 30 sets of CNC gantry pentahedron processing centers, which are capable of performing complex multi-axis machining operations. These state of the art machines allow us to achieve high precision and consistency in the production of intricate components.

    In addition to the CNC gantry pentahedron processing centers, our facility is outfitted with a range of other specialized machinery, including gantry milling machines, boring and milling machines, and turning machines. This diverse array of equipment enables us to perform a comprehensive suite of machining operations, from roughing to finishing, on a variety of materials and part geometries.
    Our capabilities extend to the deep processing and fine treatment of different machine tool castings. Whether it's achieving tight tolerances, creating complex shapes, or ensuring a superior surface finish, our machining department is well-equipped to meet the most demanding specifications.     Material Selection

    Adopting the technology of Nippon Chuzo K.K., we have 2 blast furnaces, and the high-purity molten iron has high thermal conductivity, which can reduce the casting cost for customers.

    Mold Making

    Our company has a mold workshop dedicated to the design, manufacture and maintenance of casting molds. The establishment of the mold workshop not only improves the production efficiency and quality of castings, but also enhances the company's independent R&D capabilities and market competitiveness.

    Melting and Pouring

    The raw materials are heated to a sufficient temperature to turn them into molten metal, and the composition, impurity content, oxides, etc. of the metal are controlled during the smelting process.

    Cleaning and Polishing

    Remove burrs, sand holes, casting defects and other unnecessary surface impurities of castings to make the surface of castings reach the required size, shape and quality.

    Inspection

    Our R&D center is equipped with various testing equipment such as chemical composition, mechanical properties, spectral analysis, metallographic structure, non-destructive testing, X-Ray fluorescence testing etc.
