High-Quality Counterweight Castings for Heavy Machinery and Industrial Applications

Vacuum Casting Method

High-Quality Counterweight Castings for Heavy Machinery and Industrial Applications

Equipped with two state-of-the-art blast furnaces, our facility is capable of producing high-purity molten iron, which is a critical factor in ensuring the superior quality of our counterweight castings. The high-purity molten iron significantly reduces porosity in the castings, resulting in products with exceptional structural integrity and durability. This, combined with advanced production techniques, ensures high product compaction and a smooth surface finish, which are essential for the performance and longevity of the counterweights in various demanding applications.

    PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The production of counterweights primarily employs the vacuum method process, a cutting-edge technique that minimizes impurities and gas inclusions during casting. This method is particularly effective in producing high-density, defect-free castings with precise dimensional accuracy. Our production facility spans an impressive 100,000 square meters, providing ample space for the sophisticated equipment and processes required to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
With an annual output of 75,000 tons of castings, our production capacity is substantial, catering to a wide range of industrial needs. This high volume of production is achieved without compromising on quality, thanks to the integration of advanced technologies and rigorous quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
In summary, the combination of high-purity molten iron from our two blast furnaces and the vacuum method process ensures that our counterweight castings exhibit few porosity issues, high product compaction, and a smooth surface. Our expansive 100,000 square meter production area and significant annual output of 75,000 tons of castings underscore our capability to deliver high-quality products on a large scale, meeting the diverse needs of our clients.

    PRODUCTION PROCESS

    01

    Melting and Pouring

The raw materials are heated to a sufficient temperature to turn them into molten metal, and the composition, impurity content, oxides, etc. of the metal are controlled during the smelting process.

    Machining

The machining department covers an area of more than 8,000m2, with more than 50 sets of various types of machining equipment, including 30 sets of production and processing equipment such as CNC gantry pentahedron machining centers, gantry milling machines, boring and milling machines, drilling machine etc.

    01

    Painting

Used for the protection, decoration or functional improvement of castings. Painting can not only improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of castings, but also improve the appearance quality of castings.
